Um, is it just me, or does anyone else find this rude?

I've seen my face on people's profile under friends, and they are people that have never mini messaged or emailed me. So, as far as I'm concerned....no we're not friends.....yet. I don't know you.

I know several people on this site from when I was here before. However, the only person I felt comfortable adding without asking is TribalPrincess. We are friends. I have her phone number, we text and such. So, I'm quite positive she'd be cool with it.

I actually added one person to my friends list without asking because I wanted to send them a gift. It seems the only way you can send a virtual gift on this site, is if it is to someone marked as a friend on your list. Being outside of the USA, 99 times out of 100, the USA people do not have their settings adjusted to accept emails, or mini messages from people in other countries. This makes it particularly difficult for me to send emails, send or even answer messages left for me, or register my interest with anyone. I found a unique way recently of registering my interest when i could not email or message, by adding a person to my friends list and then sending them a virtual gift. Kelly

`Its just the internet. I've added a few people on my friends list. It's more like a favorites list for me to find my favorite chat people later.

`I used to add without asking, but I realized that some people were a bit put off by that (when I read some profiles) so now I ask. If someone adds me to their friend's list without asking, however, I'm okay with that.

`I agree, it's just the internet, and it doubles as the way to save someone to your favorites on this site.

`just the internet..
I doubt any1 really pays that close attention to who adds who. When I discover being added.. I take it as a compliment. No rule says you have to reply.. I think they have a delete option now.

`How true that statement is for me. I don't see the harm in it at all. so if anyone here add me for a friends in no way will I be offended because that is why I am here along with my pic , with a gay heart and a open mind, enjoy

I totally agree. I've tried adding a few ppl, but I think I was ignored. lol
I mean, not very many people add me, but it still flatters me, and at first I didn't know how that option works. I thought that by adding someone as a friend they'd see that you're interested in communicating. But most just ignore that. I won't bite lol.

`Now currently,at your profile side,
there is an option where you can see who has added you as a favorite.
Previously, there was this option not.
And you could not know who has added you to his side or not.
yep, there is a delete option now..

`Whether it is okay or not all depends on who it is.
If it is a really big problem just delete
