Mitakuye oyas'in I know it sounds a bit weird, but I've been interested in the history and culture of Native Americans (especially Lakota)since I was a little kid after having read James Fenimore Cooper's "The last of the Mohican" and Karl May's "Winnetou". Growing up my interest grew and the comprehension of the different tribes was reaching a new level - beyond the "indians" described in the novels.
