Someone that can see beyond just "skin"... I live my life as a friend once described me, "simple in life, complex in mind." I have many Artistic passions and drawing is my first love. It is difficult to put so many things about myself when I spend so much time helping others. I'm a divorced mother of 2 talented, beautiful, & intelligent daughters that are nearly grown and on their way to college. I'm very simple in my life, when I say that, I mean that I love gardening and raising my own food, canning, and the feeling of accomplishment & nourishment in that. I own a nice home in a rural area and prefer it that way. I have a horse, a wolf-dog, and a 31 year old cockatiel. I love reading, cooking, hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, & using the gifts that the mother Earth has given us. I also love bird watching and have a multitude of feeders & bird nesting boxes throughout my property. I spend a great amount of my time in the forests during the spring, summer, and fall. I'm knowledgeable in the trees & plants and need nothing more than the open land to live upon. Shopping is punishment to me & only needed when I have to purchase clothing or some necessity. I enjoy the accomplishment of my work, though I really do not like my job. It's a necessity, but it isn't my love. I have been there for 7 years, so I do know the responsibility of working. I have friends of every walk of life, some of my girlfriends think I'm odd, but that's to be expected since my lifestyle is different. Spending time with my family is my priority, but having someone to share it with me makes it all worthwhile. If you think you can keep up with all this, let me know.
