First let me introduce myself. My name's Frank and I'm originally from Massachusetts, I moved to Florida in 2002 and I've been here since. I own my home. I'm currently seperated. I'm not looking for a replacement or a babysitter. although, I am looking to meet a lady friend for companionship on occasion. I consider myself a great guy and father, trustworthy, with a great heart. I have 4 children, 3 living with me , I'm in great shape, I care very much about my body and hygiene, I like to have fun, I have a sence of humor, I drink on occasion, I don't do the club scenes nor do I need to drink, I don't smoke and I personally can't stand it to much.

I'm hoping to meet a lady of beauty, heart, mind and soul, who's of even match of myself. Who like's and doesn't mind being around my children on occasion, preferably a women without kids but not neccessarily to important if not, a lady who doesn't smoke, or at least not to often, a lady who's trustworthy, has a sence of humor and appreciates a good man, a women who likes to do simple things, or sometimes just kick it and watch a good flick.
