Energetically Present and Connected
I am developing into an energetically present and nourishing soul, learning to connect my material self aka my body with my energetic spirit with joy, appreciation, and presence. As such I love to sing (compose my own songs), dance, laugh, capture our Earthly life in photography, take long walks in nature and wrote stories. I connect with the philsophies and wisdoms of our indigenous spirits e.g. that the Earth is home to all, and as such there are no such things as countries and borders just those we've constructed in our material minds which imprison as well as isolate our spirits. I also share in their belief that nature is our religion and the Earth our church and that we are here to heal, not harm, to love not hate and to create, not destroy.
