I am 46 years old and single. i have no kids. i was an adopted child,and only recently dicovered my birth family. Am very proud of finding my siblings,birthmother,and other relatives,and have discovered a strong cherokee ancestry i always had suspicions about but could never prove without names...even my own from birth was sealed by the state where i was born.Unfortunitely because of that ,I am only now able to learn where they lived and who they are. It had been one of the biggest life mysteries for me and because I knew nothing ,has become a big part of my life. Many of my ancestors were indeed included in the trail of tears.Its strange to know now that I lived only a few miles (as an adult) from where many of them lived their lives,but sad to know a little too that i didnt know about them . I am looking for friends and who knows where it goes? I am a horticulturist who grows for sale ordinary trees both native and foreign,but also grow native endangered plants to introduce back into the wild.I have not made too much time for a social life for many years and am somewhat of a loner. I like people ,dont get me wrong ,and love talking but I was always too busy as a younger man to date for the most part. I was a very hard worker,but after a small stroke 2 years ago,Ive learned not to try to move mountains by myself. Im ok now and thanks to God did not lose my strength or ability to walk. Although a little scary I look at it a wake up call to quit physically killing myself and work smart instead of hard. Im definitely not by any means a perfect man ,but I'm honest enough to admit my faults and weaknesses.I try to be good to anyone who is good to me.I value honesty and friendship.I believe in keeping my word.I love learning new things.
