along my path One must flow with life
learn to accept how our path unfolds and give thanks to each and every day for what it brings.

If one is Quiet but so alive within we hear and See our path and who we are reflects that.

From that quietness expands infinity possibilities of who we can be or Seek to Be.

The forest is my friend and I am learning about the life giving/healing properties of the plant spirits both in my natural surroundings and my medicinal wheel garden.

I follow the Red path of the ancestors of this land.
This path takes me from the quiet flowing of my brook to the remoteness of the Australian Outback to the High plateaus of the Andes.

To all places that are sacred to the Earth.
