Athabascan/ Alaskan Native I am an Athabascan Indian from a small village on the Yukon River. Grew up living off the land ,by fishing hunting and trapping. Mushing dogs. That seems like a different lifetime ago.I now live in the city but havent forgotten how to sew and bead from my culture. I still love to go out and fish and be outdoors.
I have come a long way and started serving the Lord in 1999 and have three remaining children at home. My other 4 are on their own.
I lost my husband over two years ago and am looking for friends first and then see where it goes from there. I own my house about ten miles from town and have a brand new boat that hasn't been iin the water yet. Would like to eventually go down the Yukon River again to my village to put up salmon for the winter.
