Knowledge is power I stumbled across this forum whilst researching late one night and hope to learn about new culture (as much as I can over the net) and make new friends. Admittedly, the very first time I became aware of the native American was when I first watched Disney's Pocahontas and I am ashamed to admit it. Unfortunately I have yet to watch the film that almost everyone on here is raving about: The last of the Mohicans. It looks as if I'm in the minority here. Hopefully, I'll manage to go to a DVD store and buy the film once when I actually free!
I have seen the snippets of the film on youtube and I have to say the Uncas is HOT! However, I'm guessing Eric Schweig's looks is one in a million and if all native men look like him, it would as close as I can get to heaven!
Seriously, I do not judge people by looks but there is something special about Native men!

On a more serious note, I'd like to exchange ideas and cultural understandings. Hopefully I have come to the right place and look forward to making new friends.

I hope that's enough to explain why I've signed up to this forum and if anyone has any questions just send them my way and I'll answer gladly.
