I am a newly divorced woman looking for a friend with a mutual interest (horses, motorcycles, sailing.) Mine was a very constricting marriage; I was alone in a very rural area for weeks at a time. The people here are very nice but very set in their ways � conservative, Christian, pro life philosophies. I won�t be pigeon holed; I am a liberal who believes in the right to bear arms. See what I mean? And, I�m also very active � walking 15 to 20 miles every week and working with free weights on the opposite days. I like to laugh and am sometimes irreverent in that no discussion is off limits. But I am campaigning to remove ads for extenze from my grandson�s FIELD AND STREAMS, family time television and NASCAR race cars! Again, see what I mean? Can you be a friend without judgment?

My family (my son, daughter and grandson) mean everything to me. I�ve been blessed to have close relationships with all of them. I share the love of horses with my daughter and motorcycles with my son. He�s teaching me to sail. Don�t get excited, it will be awhile before anyone would refer to me as a sailor. We vacation together. The last trip to Boone (he and my grandson son snowboard) they tried to teach me poker. I laugh too much to take it seriously. Did I mention that I love to play pool? I�m not good, but with this, I am seriously trying to learn.

I�m authentic and appreciate others who are. I can�t stand passive/aggressive. Then: is this the part where I say �long walks on the beach, cozy fires, and late night hot tubs.� blah, blah, blah? But, doesn�t everyone?
