My profile shall explain all...Have a looksy? Hello there chaps! I'm Katherine and I'm actually on here because I want to learn more about Native American culture. My grandmother was part (or whole, I really can't recall.)Native American, so it would be interesting and splendid to know about my forefathers and their traditions.
Though literature can explain much, I feel that I can't go off looking for information of from just a book all the time. I would love to experience the opportunity to visit an Indian Reservation, though there are none close by that I've heard of. (I don't know if my wanting to see an Indian Reservation would be rude to anyone, and I hope it isn't.)
I enjoy learning and teaching, and both are a great passion of mine. As hinted at previously, I very much enjoy all types of culture. I find that there is so much rich and authentic qualities about every separate one, just as every human is separate; different and unique in their on special-quirky way.
My quirks? Hehehe, I have many. I am a learner and a teacher, so naturally I enjoy anything that stimulates my thinking processes. I prefer going to a museum or visiting a historic monument versus checking out the local club. I thrive on knowledge about everything, especially history and culture. Science too...
My music choice is spread over many types. I hear a song, I like it, it's bookmarked and listened to frivolously. End of story. You will find I rarely know anything about a famous actress or actor. (Even if they are on my favorite shows.) I like Crime Scene shows like NCIS and Criminal Minds. HOUSE is good too. I'm also partial to shows that have to do with haunting's.
I like to be alone. It gives me time to take my photo's, or just think and steer clear of drama, which is growing more common as I get older.
