Listening to the Drum I am someone that enjoys and believes in the dance and that one life evolves around the drum. The drum brings us together.

I am looking for a female, to eventually be my partner in life's travels, who lives her life in the ways of our elders, however, should be modern in her pursuit of her goals. Should be be able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, since the written word here creates the first impression. Besides attending pow wows, Heluskas and other events here in New England I do travel to other events outside of New England.

Besides native events, I hike, camp, fish, alpine ski, and work around the house. I have been divorced 5 years, and my only daughter is now away at college. It is time to meet others, who are also relooking at themselves.

I am interested in meeting someone who shares native american / 1st nation values, but isn't afraid to try other things as well. You should be confident in yourself. Whether you have completed school, attending school or are professional in your own way without the advantage of post-graduate education is all good.

I am not concerned regarding race or cultural heritage, or tribal affiliation, nor is your age a defining requirement. People of certain chronological ages aren't always of the equivalent mental or physical age.
