Sacred journey I am a writer, artist, healer and teacher. I help people to feel and heal what longs for love, compassion and soul wisdom in our heart and life.

I have lived in Europe, the U.S., Asia and New Zealand. Recently, I have sold my cocoon (retreat) in New Zealand to be able to devote myself fully to my sacred journey and to help others on theirs.

I love to gather and cook with wild foods, real sweat lodge ceremonies from the heart and spirit, hot baths, tao of love, formerly nomadic people, film festival movies, serving my soul mate breakfast in bed, a wonderful organic macchiato, italian, japanese and creative cuisine, nature, oceans, mountains, hawks, eagles, bears, the sun, moon, natural healing, feeling and healing what longs for love and soul wisdom in myself and others, painting and photography (acrylic) such as can be seen on dreamturtle.com

Have recently self-published my first book called Sacred journey - A simple book of soul wisdom, love and healing. The book helps us to grow from a human (mind) perspective to a heart and soul perspective. It encourages us to listen to the sacred messages of our heart, mind, body, our relationships, our life - as well as Mother Earth. Sacred journey supports us to CHANGE those aspects in our life, where we are not in harmony with our heart, our soul, others and Mother Earth.

I am a native of Switzerland (our people have been living in harmomy with the mountains, herbs, natural healing, wild foods, etc. for thousands of years.

I have physical family in Switzerland and two beautiful, very wise grown up children in New Zealand. I also have spirit family amongst the Blackfoot and Lakota people.

I help people to feel and share love and to listen to the sacred messengers of our heart, our feelings and emotions, our body, our life experiences, relationships, our life - and collectively to what we all manifest in the world and in Mother Earth.
