				| we are what we eat... Historically my people were cattlemen. So they ate mostly meat and milk products. The time has passed but I feel no much need in fruits and vegetables. So... Today we have milk product called 'kyorchah', sandwiches with smoked sausage (son with processed chease), some walnuts and pure water. Son drink nothing but juice, milk or water. I refused of tea and coffee for a year. To say the truth nothing has changed after refusal. In other day it would be cottage cheese, cereals, rear porrige, eggs. Usually without fruits 'cos here we have chimically saved Chineese GM in the majority. I prefer dried ones and nuts (can't find dates after all theese arab springs).
A few words about kyorchah. It's whipped
cream made of farm sour cream the spoon stood density plus a little milk and berries. All ingredients must be cold. They whipped up with the help of wooden corrugated disk on the handle. Tried to do it with a mixer it turned out the butter. Before use it must stay in the ref for some time. Very fresh taste, very simple food.
