Sometimes when I get over whelmed with life (which is quite often) I get quiet and go off in my shell.Most people who know me very seldom see this side of me, as I am very good at hiding my pain.I am the third eldest in my family and all of us took roles, I became the strong one who smiled all the time and tried to help my brothers and sister, and it still goes on today, but sometimes helping them and listening to their woes just sucks the ----ing life out of me!!
They are never there for me why? Because I choose to be on guard, hide what I am really feeling, be antisocial and always no matter what keep smiling..Quite frankly my face hurts from smiling all the time, and biting my tongue to keep from saying something to upset everyone one else' s "happiness"
SO OFF TO MY LITTLE corner OF MY MIND TILL THIS TOO PASSES...

`i do it as well. but i dont smile i am jus quiet. my family knows enough to just let me be and when i am ready i will talk about it.
i will join you in the corner in a minute if thats ok, i will be quiet

`Once you take a roll in the family its like there is no going back. You just spend time trying to live up to that expectation. It takes years to make yourself hard as a rock, but seconds for you to break down. I hope you'll be ok!
