Just wanted to formally introduce myself. I am from WA State. I am a widow with 2 children, one at home. I concentrated in History / Politics in college. My concentration was Middle Eastern studies. I have now found myself interested more in the Native culture and history. I come from a diverse background, a hodgepodge of ethnic groups. I think my family invented diversity...
I truly enjoy the fact that our current President is bi racial. I really feel that the generations to come will be made up of a wonderful collage of ethnicities and races. Race is a human conception. Regardless of our origins, we all come from tribes. Think about it....Culture defines how a people identify with their environment.
I digress...I have "met" a few interesting people on this site.
