Non Native people on Native Dating Site

It is the people with fake profiles that others have complained about.And we lost natives on this site because the site was over run with white people trying to date natives online. And there are Native people who just want to date their own kind
so they feel like they are being intruded upon by people who are not Native. It is okay the occasionally minority or white people with really good Bios but a alot fake people who are playing games and acting rude,is inappropriate. I don't think everybody is this way but this site clearly says DATING FOR NATIVE AMERICAN INDIANS

Just to be clear...the above post was written by an individual member with her own opinion.

It is NOT the opinion of Native American Passions, and to be frank, we find it offensive.

While Native American Passions is MOST DEFINITELY for the Native American community, no one on this site will be tested for the 'purity' of their Native American bloodline.

What this means is that anyone with Native American heritage is welcome on the site...AND anyone interested in Native American culture and/or anyone attracted to people of Native American heritage is also welcome on the site.

We do ask members to be honest on all our sites, about who they are as a person.

We DO NOT condone what appear to be racist comments that denigrate non-Native members.

Each member is welcome to decide who they are personally interested in contacting, but we view comments that speak negatively about large groups of people (based on their ethnic heritage) to be highly offensive!

Thank you very much for posting this response.

I have a very good friend who is Lakota, and he found his true love on this site. And she is a French woman, living in France. Both have deactivated their accounts because they found love with each other. They met on this site, and this site played a huge role in their relationship blossoming into something incredibly wonderful.

I wish to speak of them because what they have is beautiful, and proves that REAL LOVE knows no race or religion or culture.

I applaud this site for being so welcoming and open-minded to those of us who are not Native, but who have a genuine interest in Native cultures. Sometimes friendship will lead to more. But even then, friendship itself is the best foundation upon which to build anything worthwhile. However, when friendship is based purely on race, then it will always have its limits. And REAL LOVE has NO race, which means it also has no limits!
