Does believing in Love have to be so painful?
Is there such athing as true Love?
I have gone back and forth on this all my life.
It took many heart aches to realise that Love is like the weather.
Some weather makes you want to sing and dance, some weather makes you want to stay inside and indulge with comfort, some weather ruins your outdoor wedding plans, some weather ruins your harvests, some weather makes you want to swim naked, some weather makes you want to just listen silently, some weather makes you want to cry... laugh out loud, some weather... you know how it is.
Love has a night and day, you feel secure with what you see and you fear what what is hidden in the shadows.
We cannot hold hands for ever, but if We believe in how unpredictable the weather is, how we influence it with our thoughts and actions, and how we must accept each day as it were our last, then with Love we will be together in Eternity.
We will Love each other as we Love the days of each Season, as each breath, We will Love. For I believe, the Love you receive is the Love you have to give, even if the barn blows down, a strong foundation will remain to give shelter again...
All my Relations...Be Love.

`So much for my break... but I do believe there is such a thing as true love. Just because I haven't experienced something, or seen it, dosen't mean it isn't real I guess. I don't believe that believing in it is painful..but being disappointed is. So thats my personal thoughts on it anyway for what it's worth.
I just think this world has an awful lot of distractions in it..a lot that clouds over possibilities by draining us over details or pursuits over what we are made to believe is important..or just basic survival the way things are now. Also, seems the Ego of humans is starved at the moment so some need the "love" of others as something to consume and drain rather than be made better and more giving (growing)with...it's the value of fast food.
I like what you said about it being like the weather and the night and day..wonderful analogy!
