Totem Spirits

I know this is going to sound weird, but I have been visited by a totem spirit. For most of my life, I have been able to sense spirits around me. I have caught a glimpse of "shadow" people as they move and have seen family members that have passed on.

Recently I moved to Oklahoma from Illinois. Since I have been down here, I have seen things that have left me wondering why me. I live near Fort Sill and one on my first visit to the Wildlife Refuge, I saw a stuffed buffalo wink at me. I am not making this up. A couple of nights later, I was sitting outside and the tree across the street turned into a buffalo head. My friend saw it too.

I asked a friend and she had told me I was visited by a totem spirit. I am not sure why this is happening to me, but its leaving me with more questions than answers.

I am looking for someone who can help me make sense of this. A shaman who can show me the path I am supposed to be on.

`The book Animal Speak may be able to help you. I get visits from a panther, a black dog, and a two toned brown wolf all the time. talking to them helps. thow it may make you feel weird. Have you tried meditation or dreams?

`About 20 years ago, Bear came to me in a dream. We were in my mother's back yard and bear showed me to dig up a Burdock root, so I did and tasted it. When I woke up I went to the backyard, dug up the root and tasted it. It tasted exactly as it did in my dream. Burdock has been a very important medicine for me, and its teachings grow deeper and deeper as the years go on.

`I can certainly understand why someone might feel weird talking about a spiritual experience. Most people don't understand that there is more to being human than just the physical sense. We are naturally spiritual beings and have the ability to experience spirituality.
