Anyone here does poetry when they're having a hard time?

Poetry's there whenever I have an issue. It's true because I have noticed that pattern and I'm in an issue now so the poetry is flowing like nothing.
How about any of you?

`I think we are better focused writers when we are under stress or sensitive to our emotions. And this may be a benefit to getting our creative juices going. We can let go of so many other thoughts when our emotions or adrenaline are flowing through us.
I can sit stone still when Im writing my stories for hours, but sitting down in a lecture hall for an hour is killer to me!

Make me mad and I can write, Make me sad and I can write. I can bring that emotion of anger or sadness or joy or whatever into the characters I create and their appeal is all the greater. You ever write something and when you read it later its effect makes you cry? Or laugh? Its amazing, considring you wrote it and its all fiction; yet powerful when it stirs the emotions.

Also, My best time to clean and get rid of things taking up space in my house is when Im upset. lol. Now, Who can relate to that? hehe
