I have never been through a war conflict over seas, only here in my own life, my own house did I see tons of war..war between my family members that being the youngest I got to bear the brunt of. It leaves its scars too.
The thing is that soul sickness respects no race, no color, no gender..it is there.
You have two choices, face that thing within and deal with it, or you spread your sickness.
I choose in my life to face these things, these pains and ghosts within. it's what I have to do to have peace and joy..it's what I have to do to be content.
I understand people lashing out..I used to do that and that is what people do when they hurt and are sick and angry..they lash out. All you can do is hope for the best, pray for them and if it isn't too much, listen to them. I had many do that for me. I am sure they gave me up as a lost cause..but you know, even though it has been many years since I have seen those people, and some I can only remember their faces and not their names. They helped. they showed me kindness in the world, they showed me what was right in the world and helped me to see, when I was ready, that even though there are many things wrong in the world..there are many things right.
