I was raised African American and Creek Indian. In 2010, I did an ancestry search for my parents family. My father is part Choctaw, and mother 1/2 Cherokee. Just say that I love both cultures. Being mixed or several nationalities is not bad. It is what is inside, that makes the person. I am beyond grateful to be Native American. I do not get free perks, do not need them. I do enjoy reading about the Native American history/ culture, and communicating with different tribal nations.
