all right so you think you meet mr. right or miss right and then You have to meet their family right? You think no biggie but then it turns out to be a series of racist questions and prejudice? what do you do? has anyone ever had this happen to them before?
I have only dated one white guy in high school and thought he was mister right. We were together for three years and I thought it was time to meet his family. after all I was his fiancee and that was the right thing to do turns out I was dead wrong. David said it would be best if I stay home ( I didn't understand at it first but now I'm happy I did. D:
why because David went to visit his family in alaska. When David told his grandfather hey I'm gonna marry a multiracial girl it didn't go so well. His grandfather jumped on him like a coyote and asked specifally what were my races. When he told him that I was well mostly hispanic and cherokee thats when things got out of control.
His grandfather demanded that he better call of the wedding bells imidently and seek a pure white girl. He started to put ideas In david's head. like that we would live on the reservations and never let david see his family again and etc. Im not going to name them all because they were very horrible to name. His grandfather bashed and bashed him with stuff and he didn't stand up for me at all. A week later I was dumped over the phone. david found another woman who was pure white and was having twins with her. I was devastated and heartbroken. I really didn't need that when I was taking care of my sick grandfather in another city.
Anyhow David called me many racists things over the phone and etc. A week later I get a call from his mother. She tells me well sweetie we loved you me and his father but we knew you being native american was a major set off for david's grandfather. I was so sad and angry. It took my five yrs to move on. I tried dating online but most of the white and hispanic guy lost interest when they heard native american. :/
Anyways sorry for writing so much but does anybody have a experience like this? D:

`Know that i feel the same about white women , i will never have one , native is the only way to go and i won't settle for less as native.
Hope it eases your heart a bit to know that there are men that only love native and interracial women and nothing less ( yes i consider white less).
I don't understand what their problem is and probly never will , lack of education comes to mind and brainwashed by ideals , it's hard to believe that today people are still living with their mind in 1800

`At cherokeel0ve Im sooo sorry that happened to you. Its sad that we are in the year 2013, and people can still be so closed minded. Your man will come along in the right time.
