What I find sexy about a "Native Man" who follows tradition, culture, knows respect, honor, loyalty. The hunter type which a born leader to protect our First Nation People's. The best I heard about it was a buddy of mine back home, where he always had long hair, mostly wearing it loose, only tied back when it was windy and we playing B-ball.
He would get approached by women who only wanted him cause he had long hair, he always laughed at them.
Afterwards he would say, if men approached a woman only cause she had big b--bs, he get into trouble, so why the double standard..... I say, if only big b--bs are active, then there be less population, hahahahahaa, just kidding.

From what I read here-and I read every single post- It sounds like too many people turned this into some racist-stereotyping argument. But that's not the original intent. Why would anyone be offended by being called sexy??!! And you are right about not every native being tall, dark, with classically handsome looks, but that doesn't mean they're not sexy!! And every girl has different tastes, the ones on this site (god love 'em) so happen to be attracted to all native guys-tall short round cut light dark. CAUSE ITS A NATIVE AMERICAN DATING SITE DUH. Wow, the level of stereotyping and romanticism on here is amusing/disturbing/odd. For me, what I love about native men most of all is that, especially among those who are more traditionally connected, we share the same values when it comes to family, elders, and remaining grounded as human beings. Hence why out of the 12 men I've dated in my 29 years, 6 have been native. Additionally, all the native men I've dated have been really invested in the arts and with social/cultural activism and preservation, which are all deeply important to me as an artist and as someone who did not have the privilege of growing up knowing her native culture -- something I want to be different for my children.

Physically, I couldn't care less about long hair, though I'll admit there are some common phenotypic characteristics that to me are extremely attractive: smooth/hairless skin, fuller lips and tilted cat eyes, amazing bone structure, thick hair, etc. Also, on the whole, I've tended to find native men to be among the best lovers possibly due to a lack of cultural shame when it comes to the body. The native men I've dated have been generous, humorous, brilliant, and affectionate. All of these are ideal qualities in a partner.

But I digress, there are many, many sexy men from a variety of ethnic backgrounds, I just find that I feel most attracted to and comfortable around native men which probably has something to do with my own background (my father was half Mvskoke, though I'm strikingly pale so I just ended up looking Eastern European) and the fact that from age 10-18 I practically lived with the traditional Ojibwa family next door. Even more than my own ethnic identity (as my father was not a pleasant presence in my life and had no investment in the culture), growing up with that family profoundly impacted the person I became. I still regard them as family and visit them whenever I come home.

What's actually more sad are the native men who play to this to get laid. I will never forget when I was in Santa Fe for NDN Market and this fairly attractive Lakota guy in braids started chatting with me. Before finishing the conversation he slipped me his number and said: "Well, just in case you ever wondered what it was like to go on a date with a half-savage Indian..." and I literally guffawed because I knew that somewhere with someone it had worked him before.
