Dreams of a soul mate

I have had this dream or vision since September '08. I see a woman who is close to my height (5'8") and looks good. She has long black hair. I an see everything but her face. It comes and goes over the months, but in the past 7 months, they are coming more and more.

First vision I had, I was walking along side a wolf through the woods. We came upon a small pond where a lady was bathing. A buffalo stood to the side and as she turned to look at me, it ended. I found out later that the two animals were my totem spirits and I was happy with that.

Then a few months ago, I saw her again. She stood at the foot of my bed, but her outfit changed as she was going through the centuries. Then the next day, I once again was in the forest meadow and I saw her outline. We reached out to each other, and we touched up to my right writst and the connection was broken.

This past week I saw her again. We were sitting somewhere and a fire was burning near us. She was wearing a white dress or outfit, and we were reaching out to each other with our spirits, in some type of joining ceremony. I could smell the sage burning and feel the love between us.

If anyone has any ideas on this, or if by chance you are her, please let me know. I am looking for answers to this.

I believe there is only one soul-mate (not to say I am right) I to have had many (dreams) of my soul-mate . Don't get me wrong they were hot but ...dreams can sometimes be what you expect in a soul-mate. They also can be glimps of what is yet to be told. Sometimes these dreams will be scattered just because you think she will have a white dress when u meet her doesn't mean she will. The white can be a symbol of purity.

My Dream,
Takes place in the 19th centry In Scotland, I was running from a king who had me beaten me and left me pregnant with his child. I was running because I could no longer hide my child from him and it was sure to be slaughtered. I took very little with me a short blade, a bottle and very little food to make the travel light. I ran through the pitch darkness hoping I would not set the guards off. I made it past the castles wall to a thick forest and kept running until I could no longer stand it. I went to set camp and fell asleep . I was woken by a 3 scavengers there eyes full of ---- and need. I reached for my knife only to find it messing. I grabbed my son in my arms daring one to make a move. The biggest of the men stood forward and I let out a loud scream turn and ran. I could hear the footsteps gaining and turned. All the sudden I fell flat on my bottom... terrified I finally looked at the cause. A very masuline native american looking a little dazed and confused. I tried to get to my feet once again but my knees were weak. The baby began to fuss afraid the scavengers would find me and this man would just walk away when they came. I finally found the strength to stand. Just as I turned to run the native grabbed me from behind and held my mouth. Trying to fight him off and not drop the baby was an impossible task. I heard the scavengers talking less then 3 yards from me. The native dropped his hand from around my mouth tenderly grabbed me by my arm and turned me around. My heart was racing as if he could hear it he placed his hand over it and said wait. I did as I was told
only to hear screams and fighting noise. I began to run fearing the worse and fell over a old tree trunk. The fall most have knocked me out. When I came to I heard horses and two mens voices. I tryed to yet again stand but my head was throbbing suddenly the baby let out a loud cry. I looked around only to notice one of the scavenges had my son. All fear left me all pain ... I tackled the man next thing you know we were both beings thrown in opposite directions. Next thing I know I awake to a fire and the native american man cooing at my son. For some reason I felt content and safe.....

Thats only half of the dream it's a repeating dream usually comes in times of need, times when I am stressed or times I feel scared or unsure about my future. As you can tell this dream will not come true for one we are not in the 19th centry ..I haven't seen a castle in real life and I don't have a son I have a beautiful daughter. The dream brings me hope and reminds me that love is not just a figment of the imagination . I have always been drawn to the native american culture my grandmother was almost full blooded blackfoot my mother is half on my dads side there is alot of cherrokee. But as you can tell I am white and the whitest of them all. I have hated that fact since I was around 9. Althou I am white my heart beats to a different drum and I tend to stay away from most white people. Not cause I am rasicist its just that I dont think I belong. I am telling you all this cause it factors into my dream its all tied together.

I saw a dream I had S-- and baby was a mammoth... Does that mean my soulmate is a mammoth? Are all native mammoths taken?
