`I skip the garlic and add avacado to the mix. Don't forget to add a pinch of salt.

You can also add a dash of Goya Adobo in place of just regular salt..

It's really great and already includes the garlic as well (just use a gentle hand to gauge ur tastebuds)...

What a perfect, simple recipe. : ) I sometimes add chopped avocado to it for the creaminess and good fat too (though I'm not sure if that makes it a guacamole, technically, or if we'd need to smash it to call it that?).

Adobo Goya (which is simply bottled msg) and any of those chemical "sazons" are pure poison. I, personally, was prone to migraines and aneurysms when I was a kid, and all of those troubles stopped when my mother's own doctor, in treating her high blood pressure, chastized her for her usage of Adobo Goya (it was her "trademark" flavor). As soon as she threw it out, we both got better (I wonder how many people out there are having all kinds of health issues and don't realize the culprit is right in their cupboard or pantry?)

Foods with msg and other hidden sodium (which are neutralized to our senses by added chemical sweeteners that downplay the dangerously high sodium), can and do kill. Fresh herbs are always better for you and unparalleled in flavor, aroma, and health benefits. Pass by the laboratory seasonings, and keep on walking--the fresh herbs are right around the corner! : )
