Collect??? So you don't believe in love either? Sad. You know you have not said one thing on this post that is not derogatory. Maybe you should take a close look at your words and try a bit of empathy.

regards kelly

LMAOOO omg your out of control. I could not stop laughing. All I thought was wtf. Life is too short, just live it. Kellz good luck finding a Native man because I'm 100% Native American and I can't even find one, that's worth it.

I actually wrote a response before which was very good and some how mines and others got deleted. WTF!!

`That negativistic view of Native American men is uncalled for. Don't you think? So unfair and unnecessary.

N8TVMAN is defending his Native beliefs which is something he is incredibly passionate about. He is a very intelligent, kind and thoughtful person, who needn't package his words just-so to prove himself as such.

I have read many not-so-nice things tossed his way packaged in a prim and proper manner. Never-the-less, they are not nice. And so they both have countered back and forth. Let it be. And don't make rash, poor judgments about groups of people here now.

`I usually don't say anything on these topics because it just gets me more mad when I comment, but this time I can't keep quiet!!! Kelly I know you want this to be resolves with a truce, but you rubbed me the wrong way with your disrespect and I feel the need to set you strait!!!

QUOTE "I considered the possible link between Native American and Indonesian, because genetic similarities too uncanny for
there not to be some kind of relation"

Well if you hop on a plane you could be in Indonesia in 3 1/2 hours! Since you say our men look so much like them (not appreciated)
then go marry one of them again since we all look the same to you anyway! You obviously aren't here to learn the culture or heritage,
you're just here to find a husband who resembles the typical Native American stereotype!!!

QUOTE "I want a native American husband!!!! And the reason I buy books is because there are no Native Americans in Australia,
and I keep coming across too many racist Native Americans on this site"

Then why are you looking for a Native American husband if so many of us are racist? P.S. Not all of us are
Native American...lots of us are Natives from Canada!!!

QUOTE "By the way, I do have a lot of books on Native American lore and history here...i purposely hunt them out and import them!
I got more native in me than any white person I know! So my question here to you would be....where did you come from if not
immigrated from Asia before the continents broke apart? Did you come out of the ground or grow on trees?"

WELL...if you're as Native American as you say you are because you've read soooo many books about us, then you would know exactly
where OUR HISTORY says we come from!!! I can't believe you actually had the nerve to sarcastically ask if he came from the ground or
grow on trees!!!

You know, the question didn't rub me the wrong way so much, but you on the other hand DID!!! Marrying an Indonesian Islander
from Lombok, living in thatched huts and cooked over fires and reading books about Natives doesn't make you one! You have a lot to
learn...more then what books can teach you and that's RESPECT!!!

`Told ya! You go objectifying their men and these Native women are gonna take issue. If some dude came on here with that attitude regarding our women, it would be the same. Well, ok...maybe not...our women can stick up for themselves pretty good, so our responses would be behind a bunch of theirs! HAHA. Now I am wearing my "empathy" face. HAHA!!!

`I agree, some of my comments were out of line. I was too busy defending someone else in an emotional outburst to look at the fact that I might be offending others. My apologies to those who were offended.

`Apologies are wonderful but if you don't mean it then don't say and if you do mean it then don't ever regret it! I always try my hardest to avoid conflict because it's always so emotionally exhausting! I do wish you happiness, peace and love, but in the future, if someone else isn't willing to stick around and defend their own actions then don't fight the battle for them because you always end up standing alone and turning out to be, "the bad guy" lol! Peace and love to you sister I hope you find everything you're searching for!

Yeah...have my tail between my legs this morning. I got a fighter instinct too...(is the Celtic in me)...but sometimes it takes someone to pull me into line to let me know when I have gone too far. Can get a bit carried away with the battle without seeing the methods used are not so fair (above board, respectable). I meant my apology though. I can take a good look at myself and see, (when someone tells me to)...and I was certainly told this morning!! lol.
I have the utmost respect for native cultures worldwide. It is the reality of those cultures that attracts me, real heart, real living...a world apart from the plastic culture of western civillisation. I just don't know enough, and it is hard to find real people to teach me...find myself watching videos of Black Elk etc. on youtube for my education.
Hope this can all be water under the bridge. I don't harbor any animosity, and I hope you are the same We are all on our own paths and at our own stages of development...always learning huh? Learned a good lesson just today from a Native American woman;) hehe.
I did not mean to stereotype Native American men. I have one particular NDN man whom I totally adore, and he would be horrified to see the mess I have made here with my big mouth I hope that wish for happiness as your last post was mean for me

xx Kel
