Robin Hood had issues
From his behavior I can tell
His mom overprotective
An unemotional Dad as well

At home he couldn't manage
So he struck out for the woods
Where he found his comfort
As the leader of the Hoods

He started robbing travelers
To simply get his kicks
yet he didn't need the money
for living in the sticks

So he took some of his money
And gave it to the poor
He found it made him feel good
So he gave a little more

Soon he was addicted
to the feeling that he got
From making others happy
With the things he handed out

And so he stole and stole
to help out, so he thought
A distribution of the wealth
and justice, all he sought

Although the people were so grateful
He did not realize
That when his gifts ran out
He would be nothing in their eyes

Yet, we can learn a lesson
From Robin's co dependency
If we open up our minds
Long enough to see

We must not depend on others
To make us feel good
it is from our own accomplishments
We must seek out our rewards..

`What's co-dependancy anyway? Some woman named Melody played a fool for a guy back in the day and wrote a book and coined a term...ack!

I go out of my way to help the people who are close to me...aloof with those who aren't. Sometimes get burned..or not.

I would love to meet Robin Hood though!!!ha

p/s: my (humble) opinion only!

Historic note: Until his life's destiny was further clarified, Robin Hood spent several years robbing form the rich and giving to the porcupines.

I'm terribly sorry to have to tell you that my dears friends, but you're all wrong !

After the prescription's time, the secret files about "Robin des Bois" have been allowed to public access. It appears that in fact :

Robin des Bois stole the "rich" squirrels to give their nuts to the "poor" porcupics but not at all because inegality was his concern. It was just a deal he had made with the porcupics because having some Asian's origines, he was addict to... ACUPUNCTURE !

All the rest is just a legend built by the European pharmaceutic's firms to fight this kind of natural medicine.

Have all a good day !
