`so the clinic at the nisqually reservation got broken into by a few young kids and this is exactly why we are trying to come up with programs. its hard trying to get people on board. it seems sometimes i have to go after crap has gotten worse. i dont see why we cant act instead of reacting all the time.

`I wonder if people are just too overwhelmed sometimes?? maybe thinking the bad out there is just too big to be able to do anything about? People need to start believeing that they CAN make a difference.

`well i got an email from the youth coordinator. sounds like he is ready to brainstorm some ideas on what to do. to his credit he is working hard on other programs, but my focus is the kids not participating in those programs. im focusing on those and getting them back, and involved with the community instead of getting in trubble. one of the kids that broke into the clinic was only 11 years old.

`That is just sad..a lot of kids are growing up without a father figure..or just someone who takes an interest in them much at all. A lot of kids (and I knew many of them growing up myself) are left to raise themselves and will develop thier own 'families' with eachother.
I hope what you are doing will take off and people will get involved:)..at least there are some who care. ..I wish some of my friends had found that.

`so they caused about $5000 worth of damage and that may go up as cleaning goes on. they had let fire exstuingishers off through out the building. on a more positive note today was my first day helping coach the youth hardball team for the nisqually tribe. its was so much fun hangin with them kids.
