Any car that meets the following:
a) driver must enter car through passenger side
b) three different brand and size tires - 3 of them missing hubcap
c) exhaust is held up by half a clothes hanger - other half replaces the antenna
d) backfires every three blocks - loudest backfire being when car is turned off
e) must open door at drive-thru as windows don't roll down
f) you only get one AM station and the tape deck eats all tapes inserted
g) can't open the glove box as the whole thing will fall out
h) if you let go of steering wheel while driving you'll make a u-turn
i) must manually move blinker lever up and down as it no longer blinks on it's own
j) must keep one foot on brake and one on accelerator when at a complete stop
k) has had the same temporary registration sticker in the window for the last 18 months
l) has all the above issues but still has a $200 professional tint job

`my tail lights went out one night on the freeway and a cop gave me his flashlight and we colored the lens with red marker, secured it with duct tape and then I drove home..the redneck fix I guess

`What a nice guy, the cops here are men with little P*n*s syndromes who either need to get l*id , quit their jobs and/or learn to treat women a little nicer if they are going to remain in the law inforcement profession.
Since moving to Bremerton I have been harassed twice.

`the flip side of the law enforcement here is that this is the first place I have lived where I have got a ticket for Failure to 'Obey'...that is literally what the ticket read. I was in a hurry running behind that morning, still hadn't dressed (in my robe), running a loaf of bread to my grandmother.. I didnt want to engage in a lecture or arguement with if that certain street way back where had a stop sign or not--so thats what I told him and requested to just give me a ticket if thats what he felt he needed to do cause I was late and had things to do... so thats what he did...cost me 60 dollars for failing to "obey"...did not specify a stop sign either. The clerk of court got a laugh of it though.

I am guilty of a, e, and g....and, periodically, failing to "obey".

`the cops in bremerton are rubbish! i used to be a bouncer there and they sat in the cars watching a full out bar brawl go down in the parking lots and us trying to contain it. i hate bremerton p.d. but i love bremerton.

Ok So you are still a stones throw away, where did you bounce at and when? They probably let you take over to save paperwork and get off work on time, Lol. I am filing a complaint to the Dept of Justice for harassment regarding my service animal.
