I think I'm having a spot of mojo going on as some replies to forum entries are not showing at all, same goes to leaving messages on profile and email....well forget that one! That only works if someone emails me....pffff!!
I'm on two other dating sites though on as wanting friends too as anything else well it's true "you cannot find love...it finds you!". So I have figured getting to know different people is far better than anything else!
Compared to the other two though this is far more friendly as the other tho are an on sale meat market compertition and yes...you can always figure out who the people that are fake after being seated for a couple of days!

Just thought I would mention that everyone should review the 'Block Management' section within the 'My Account' area.
As a 100% free network, we have set the default contact settings to prevent members outside the U.S. and Canada from directly contacting members within the U.S. and Canada via email and mini-messages.
This has been done due to the large number of spammers and scammers that had been attempting to contact members within the U.S. and Canada in the early days of the network's growth.
Members within the U.S. and Canada who would be open to contact from members outside their countries MUST update their default contact settings by choosing the countries they would be open to receiving contact from.
We are sorry that this approach causes inconvenience to members outside the U.S. and Canada, but it does effectively address a problem we had been dealing with.
We encourage everyone in the U.S. and Canada who is open to contact from members in other countries to update their default contact settings now.
Thanks,
.

`So I went to the area as requested but have no access to amend countries being that I'm outside the USA. Was able to allow or not other sites on the passions networks but that was it.
Anyhow, my email said two mails had been sent but when I went to look there was nothing there. I did read that if the system thinks it's a spam mail it will be deleted...is this what actually happened or did a ghostie eat it?

You are correct.
The 'Block Management' section has a country list for members within the U.S. and Canada. If members would like to receive messages from members in other countries, they have to update their contact settings by choosing the countries they are open to contact from.
This was done specifically because of the focus of spammers and scammers on members within the U.S. and Canada.
We have considered providing the same type of contact limitations to members in other countries, but we have found that the location information provided by servers in Europe overlaps countries. What this means is that 5 different people using the same internet service provider, can appear to be (or maybe they actually are) in 5 different countries. Resticting contact to specific countries in Europe would be VERY VERY difficult.
With regards to your question about missing email. It is likely that it was due to a 'spam' situation in both cases. Information on missing email can be found on the 'HELP' page (the HELP tab in the navigation bar).
We have a HUGE spam filter that is constantly changing as we see new spam messages, but since it can't catch everything right away...some messages get through. Fortunately, we have members who are quick to report spam to us, and we are able to delete spammers and their messages, usually on the same day they send them out. (Since they can only send 10 messages in a single day, the effect of spam within the network is limited.)
Hope that helps to clear up some of the confusion,
.

Thankyou feedback for your help and now anyone which contacts me via IM, I let them know what to do. However, a few have said they have still found issues when trying to send mails even after I have copied and pasted what to do into their IM boxes.
Would it be possible to maybe post something on the home page or account page so that other's can see as I don't think everyone is aware of the issue?
Thanks again!!
