She moved very well

A dancer she was

She was sliding

She was gliding



I tried to hold her

She was so holy,

I tried to hold her

Sad and slowly she smiled at me

No one knows me she said



It's kind of dark tonight

Please turn on the lights

I'm feeling kind of lonely

Let me hear your friendly voice

Let your light shine down

Then I would be able to make into the morning



She had a dream

I had my prayer

She was weaving my dreams

As I slept beside her



I dreamed of an empty closet & an empty heart

So I sent my heart ahead & tried to follow

Then I just watch for awhile then I started to wander

I know I have a lifetime of loneliness

But it won't last to long because I'll be gone



All I want is one more tomorrow

What's that all about

Well I got no place to go now

How do I like my life

All I want is one more tomorrow



My day won't start because it's an empty morning

Empty life, empty bed

I'm not here so you must be gone

It's dark in here

You took off with the sun



Empty mailbox & know one here to pick up the mail

There's nothing in the mailbox

There's nothing in my heart.

I'm feeling kind of lonely & my day won't start



You came into my mind

I have lonely songs that you left behind

Inside each song is a part of me

I dreamed of being your music

Dreaming that the music is full of you

Since you've gone

It's only the lonely songs you left behind
