Some believe that a soul mate is someone with whom a person has shared other life times through reincarnation.

The soul mate could be a friend, business partner, parent, child, sibling, spouse or other family member. These soul mates can be of the same or opposite ---.


For some strange reason (Hollywood) has made people think that a soul mate is your one true love. So everyone it seems is out looking for their "Soul Mate" and most likely passing up the true love of theirs lives because they don't fit this "Soul Mate Profile"

How sad that in this day and age we have become so shallow looking for Mr or Ms right and passing up what is staring you right in the face!!


For the women go on looking for Mr perfect long haired Native man and you will always get what you always got NOTHING!!!! You have been watching to much of "Dances With Wolves"!!! He's not going to be running around with face paint and a skimpy loin cloth..

I'm against this statment because for me a soul mate is someone who understand each of your thougt but is able to tell you when you're wrong. The kind of person able to feel what you think when it's almost impossible to not lie about it.

I agree and disagree! Yes hollywood has a lot to answer for but there isn't just one soul mate. We all belong to a soul group which like you have said you spend many lifetimes with. Such people tend to be the people you more or less know now like your mother, father, siblings, friend's etc....

I'm like the other person (sorry don't know names off hand) and just looking for friend's and people to chat too...

Hey we can still dream of the delicious tanned man, with flowing hair, astride a beautiful horse running around the countryside in lil more than a strip of cloth..hehe
