Why do so many people (male and female) make fake profiles? They lie about their age, photo's are 10- 15 years old..Pretending to be something they are not.Be it a Native, warrior, shaman, or whatever.
It makes me wonder do these people have no intention of really getting to know a person, because if they did why would they put on this false face? How long can you carry on with your lies, or even keep up with your lies!! You seem to keep spinning that web and the only person who gets trapped inside is you! So why do it?
One thing I noticed that this site is the land of Cherokees GEEZ how many are there??
Anyway seems to me it would just be easier to be yourself and maybe you might get further in this world..Of course these are only my thoughts, but hey makes sense to me..

So I must avoid : My picture is from the last summer, I don't take the pain to change my age because I don't think of it and my real first Name is not Zoupi !
The only certitude about me is that I'm not Cherokee ! Not sure to be French is one advantage here but at least we are not numerous
You know I joke of course but... I still don't lie... I'm a straight chicken !

Well hugger, people want to be faked that´s why they fake their profile. They need a reason to complain after the " sh** starts to boil". But the best is when they start to tell you how deep they are thinking...or do they mean sinking?? Damn, English is a hard language...perhaps they do not fake their profiles.. they life in different worlds and always forget to come back from Utopia....or this is just a place where honesty is not needed.. why do we complain..this is the society we have created..and to remain as a straight and honest person sometimes seems to be nothing but struggle to stay true to yourself...

I could find a big number of peoples here in France who "play" being Cherokees or Lakota or Apache depending of what they considere being the most appropriate image of what is one "Indian". They are all persuaded to feel the 'Indian" spirituality but act like in movies.
There is nothing to do against that. At least all of them share the same positive vision about Natives peoples. All men are Heros and warriors ; all the women perfect women, perfect mothers and strong enough to always gives their life for the safety of the Tribe.
I just hope Native's peoples will continue to adapt their knowleges and talent in a more modern way to shaw to the whole world they are well peoples of our times andabme tp show to everydody their capacity and talents in modern way !

`I believe if you have to make up lies on the internet to make yourself look good to others, than you have nothing going on in the real world and you don't like who you are.
On the internet you can be anything you choose to be and as long as you never meet anyone than your fake face is safe.. I wonder how long do you pretend to be something or someone before you actually believe it?

`Hi! I'm Tricileigh, and I'm new to this, but this topic was interesting to me so I just had to stop by and comment. I was a victim of a true faker for a time, and all I can tell you is that, at least in real life, it seems like people who are false really don't like themselves much and feel like they'll be better liked/accepted if they lie. Here, on the net, I wonder sometimes if it's a game-like "ha-ha", fooled 'em.....or, again, just feeling like they have to cover up who they really are to be appealing to anyone. I've had one experience on this site where someone was very pleasant and friendly, but then started sending me a bunch of spam. Do people get paid to do that? Anyway, it felt kind of betraying, like their friendship, however casual it might be, had an ulterior motive. Oh well, live and learn, right? In the end, we all have to live with what we've done and how we've lived-and I want to be able to look myself in the eye in the mirror and not see the shadow of lies looking back out at me.

The worth is when peoples begin to believe in their own lies.
Depending of what they considere being the most important peoples often exaggerate in the description of themself what never walk a long time.
For many it's just the proof of a lack of trust in themselves but for few others it's well one egoist bad game.
The modesty is the best defense against that.
Men or women unable to tell me from time to time that they are not right with me automatically lies.
I'm not a princess, I'm not the best, I'm just myself.
If I keep this in mind liying male or female have less chance to abuse me.
