How do you get on chat?????? Help.

Just click on the 'Chat' link in the upper left, or upper right of any page on the main site.

Once you are on the chat page, click on the 'Launch Webchat' link.

If you are not logged in, you will see a link asking you to login first.

Hi Hubert,

To reach the chatroom, click the Chat, Blogs & Forums tab above, and then the 'Chat' link that appears on the left of the options below that tab. Since you are in the forums area now (reading this message), you can already see the link I'm talking about, above.

Separately, there is a 'Chatroom' link in the top center forums navigation links just below the main navigation section above too.

Once you reach the chat page, click the 'Launch Webchat' link that you see in the center of the page (provided you are logged in), and a chatwindow will open with rooms for each of the sites in your account.
