is it just me or or is everyone else getting tired of these drive by smooches i mean i,m getting blasted by these smooches all the time i mean i would be flattered if they at leaste had the common courtesey to leave you a message along with the smoch dont just smooch and not leave a message and dont leave comments if you have no intention of chatting or messaging me is just pointless oh well i just felt like ranting

Okay, I'm still cracking up at this one, lmao. I kind of feel the same way. I was thinking after they did it they expected me to email. Forgive me for being kind of old fashion but I wait for the guy to email me or leave comment first, unless I'm feeling brave. Well,all I can say is at least you know who their from, right??? In the virtual dating world as in real life I think It has to do with the fear Rejection. I think it might also be a way of showing interest, or even a "hello Good Job on your profile" with out putting too much of yourself out there. Even in this style of "dating" or getting to know people there is still that fear, no one likes to be turned down. I will sometimes send a "Smooch"as a compliment and if it turns into something, well cool, I have made a few friends this way of the opposite S-- this way.
