.WHY do so many people NOT include ANY information about themselves and/or NO photo? Would YOU want to
write to anyone who can't even describe themselves or is afraid to be seen? I don't! I'm amazed that people think they will hear from someone when they don't tell you as much about themselves as you could glean by passing them on the street. Please, for heaven's sake, if you are too backward to present yourself, ask a good friend to help you. You're just wasting time otherwise.

Some people have a hard time with personal descriptions or don't like their pictures, or did not have time to fill out everything when they first joined, before you make accusations, you should understand what is going on in her head. "Backward" is a strong term to use when you know nothing about a person.

I finally finished my profile last week and downloaded a picture, I hate 98% of pictures taken of me and I don't own a digital camera, a person may be articulate in person ,but may draw a blank on "paper" . Perhaps you spoke too soon :

`I totally agree with Blackfootedgirl..the first time I was on this site I had no photo, it was a personal chioce to me. Not cause I am too "backward" to figure them out, but I have bills to pay and a digital camera wasn't on the top of my list of priorities either. Now I have one up..dont like it but there it is anyway, but overall I've seen no difference in any response I get on this site with or without a photo. I have a couple friends here..no photo, but they're more comfortable sending one after they've emailed someone a bit first..nice looking people too! So...to each their own. Who cares..it's their profile, their business.
