Hello!

I'm originally from Canada but recently moved here to the States. I notice that Immigration is not crazy about honouring the "Jay Treaty." I had a bit of a struggle to get across the border but, hey, I'm here now.
I'm a teacher for Native American children. I became a teacher specifically to teacher Ojibway kids. I had a tough time learning to read and so do many of our children. I teach my students to read and write properly.
I've learned lots about the Southern Ojibway. I must say, I do miss my Northern Ojibway people. There is a loss of the Ojibway langauge in the South. It's sad. But, I'm learning lots.
I'm a mom. I have 2 children. (One boy and girl.) They are the reason that I breath. Anyways, say hello. Too bad, I could I give you cyber-bannock or cyber tea.
