Please can anyone give me instructions on how to load a photo on here.
I have a mac and nothing I do works. Messages: error 5FeetTall569 and some other numbers. It means nothing to me.
I have tried the off site fix but that dose not work either.
Please if any one knows what I am doing wrong please help.

I don't really know about Mac but I'm wondering if it's because the photo is too large maybe?
Have you tried resizing?

`Hi herbie thank you, but that is not the problem. I have it the right size (used the off site photo ). There is a number that keeps coming up each time I try a photo. And I have tried about 8 different ones.
The number is 69761.jpg. Don't know what it means because that is not the number on the pic.
any other ideas I could use the help.

Our photo system generates a number to be added as part of the photo name, so that is what the number is...but it doesn't give any indication as to why you are having trouble.
We are seeing a large number of photos submitted everyday, so the photo system seems to be working correctly.
You are welcome to attach the photo to an email and send it to feedback (at) passionsnetwork.com.
We'll take a look at the photo to see if we can spot the problem.
