`I am not sure about the locations - somewhere on the way up through Floressant, CO there is a Wolf Refuge. We have many refuges in the state, and over 50 percent of the state is protected land either through protected grasslands, or national forest etc. It is hard to get a federal job with the Bureau of Land Management - good luck. If your into wolves though try a web search for wolf refuge/mission/rescue. There have been many people who have adopted wild wolves when they should not. And have tried to domesticate them or breed them with domestic dogs. That is why one of the main reasons these places exist, to offer assistance and help to owners that find they cannot care for their wolf or wolf dog. Some of these places are also relocation points for wolves that make their way into the city. Some of these places offer group tours and education programs.
