`I heard about one three years ago where the same gang would put baby car seats on the road, put a blanket over it and wait for a woman to pull over. Than they'd attack her. Also another one was that they'd throw eggs at a car so that eventually, you'd have to pull over. If they do this, do not turn your wipers on because it will just smear the eggs so you have to stop. Just keep going and report it.
