The stimulus package is here. We are all home free..
Well not quite: divide 1 trillion (dollars) by 300 million (people) and each living American has $3300 charged to their account. The pay back will either come through higher taxes or inflation. But, since we have all agreed to borrow our way out of trouble why not use a speedier method..
We could just print 1 trillion dollars and launch a flight of Obama Bombers to drop the cash throughout the country. As before, we can consume our way out of trouble. But this time we all pay cash- no immediate debt burden or credit problems. The stimulus will go directly into the hands of the targeted stimulator s - the American consumer. The credit card lobby will object, but they can be assuaged by loading a few super bombers with debit cards...
The results- instant spending rather than waiting for the pork to slowly work it's way through the pig and having to deal with the diminished but odoriferous remains.
