On March 11, 09 we lost a young couple Elio and Crystal. Elio and Crystal were hit by a drunk driver and their lives were taken away because of someone that didn't have the sense to not drink and drive.
In Nov.of 08 Elio lost his mother, and grandmother in a car accident.He was trying so hard to move forward with his life and deal with all the tragedy. He was planning to move to Texas to take care of his Aunt Lydia. This young man had a heart of gold..
Elio, Crystal, and his mom Keriah will always be in my heart.Such a waste of life not only did this person take innocents lives he destroyed his life and his family.. So sad..

`Yes it is tragic that someone else' s stupidity took these young lives. Crystal was going to have a child any day,such a waste of life!!!

`Just heart wrenching......I'm a real big advocate against drinking & driving. When I was 15 I lost my best friend ,boyfriend that way. I had begged to go with. Guess I wouldn't be sitting here today if I had gone...
Its one of things that you never seem to understand "why"?

Yet these idiots still drive around as drunk as a newt thinking it will not happen to them...

`Why is that? Maybe, I'm a bit harsh, but I would shoot that drunk driver on the spot! Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth. After few times people woulkd think twice before drinking and driving, robbing shops and so on...

`How about we just run over the drunk driver.. One thing in the USA we are too lenient on crime, some of the things people get away with would not be tolerated elsewhere

I personally think drunk drivers should be strapped down and a tank run over them..... I'm sure that would put others off!!
