Is the sacred rock
From which I came
My eyes
When they open
To the sunset soak cliffs
Of the sacred black mesas
To the white tip Blue Mountains
Of the Holy People
Cradled in their strong arms
They sing red blood songs
Of my ancestors
This is my beginning
When my eyes they open
